Skelly and Loy has over 20 years of experience with wetland and waterway permitting services. Our staff includes several professionals who have successfully negotiated permit authorizations for numerous types of activities including land developments, roadways, highways, and ponds. We are well-versed in both federal and state permitting requirements. At the federal level, we are experienced with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. We have extensive experience with preparing 404 (b) 1 Analyses and the 404 Mitigation Sequencing Process. At the state level, Skelly and Loy has extensive experience with the Pennsylvania State 105 wetland permitting requirements. In addition, we have obtained permit authorizations in other states, including New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois, and Iowa. Skelly and Loy possesses an extensive staff who not only address the wetland and waterway issues under the permitting requirements but also address the related issues such as threatened and endangered species, historic resources, archaeology, public involvement, floodplains, or other related issues that tend to become involved with a wetland or waterway permit authorization.
