Wetland Delineations

Skelly and Loy has over 20 years of experience with wetland identification and delineation services. Our staff includes several professionals who received their provisional Wetland Delineation Certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers's (USACE) 1994 Provisional Wetland Delineation Certification Program. We are experienced with the methods and procedures outlined in the USACE's 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual. In addition, we have extensive experience using the 1985 - Food Security Manual - Part 514 Making Wetland Determination for Agricultural Lands. Our experience includes functional assessments using the USACE's Wetland Evaluation Technique (Wet 1.0 and 2.0) and the New England Division's Descriptive Method. Skelly and Loy has attended numerous jurisdictional determination field views and is experienced in understanding the differences between the federal- and state-specific requirements regarding isolated wetland jurisdiction.
